Implement training programs and workshops that allow designers to acquire new skills and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
This includes access to courses, seminars, and hands-on projects that challenge and expand abilities.
Growing design maturity and awareness
Work towards increasing the overall design maturity within the department by promoting a culture that values and understands the importance of design.
This includes involving professions and areas of the department in community events and the integration of design thinking into the department's strategic initiatives.
