1. Build DDT capability across the department
We will do this through a combination of how we do recruitment, help develop skills and professoins and implement capability based pay.
2. Raise standards across all DfE services
We will do this by developing accessibility and design standards, alongside a supporting set of frameworks, guidance, and principles.
3. Increase productivity across delivery teams
We will do this by enabling centralised components and patterns to be developed and shared while ensuring the DfE design system and DfE frontend support designers and developers.
